Up And Running At Windermere!

Happy start of 2015! While I have been officially here at Windermere Real Estate since about the middle of November, we have officially opened our doors for business. I put 3 listings on the market in the beginning of December, and have been working with buyers from first time home buyers to seasoned investors. I feel very lucky to be able to leverage the tools of such an amazing company, and my clients seem to agree! 

We are also hosting the 2015 Windermere Real Estate Market Forecast in a couple of weeks, which we are excited about. We have the Fort Collins City Manager Darin Atteberry as our guest speaker to discuss the opportunities in Fort Collins, as well as our company president Eric Thompson to talk about market trends. It will be held January 15th from 5-6:30 at the Marriott in Fort Collins, and afterwards we will hold our client Grand Opening here in our office. I would love to see you there!
